Today, touch-sensitive user interfaces are a widespread interface between the user and a multimedia application in interactive applications.

There is already a wide range of applications, from various mobile communication devices to service and information systems in public spaces and automotive applications. In the area of new applications and prototyping, however, technical limits are quickly reached. Conventional systems (touch screens etc.) often do not offer the desired dimensions and properties.

This is where GERMANEERS comes in with its INDIVIDUALIZABLE MULTISENSITIVE TOUCH FOIL. The extremely responsive and highly transparent film can be supplied in individual dimensions from 90 × 5 mm up to 200 × 350 mm. It can be curved around an axis up to a radius of 50 mm and is able to detect up to 16 individual touches including their distance (16-fold multi-touch plus finger pitch).

The individualized production within one day (without additional adjustment costs) and the interface electronics included in the scope of delivery together with the interfaces that can be defined according to customer requirements make this product an indispensable component of new multimedia developments and applications.
